This flow meter can monitor filter capacity life, track elapsed time, and display the real-time flow rate. The capacity life monitoring ranges from 500 liters to 99,500 liters, and the elapsed time monitoring ranges from 30 days to 720 days. Both monitoring functions can be turned off by switching them to "OFF" mode.
Please note: This flow meter does not support cumulative flow measurement.

When the filter's remaining capacity is less than 100 liters or the remaining elapsed time is less than 7 days, a single beep will sound, and the digits will flash.
Once the countdown reaches zero, two beeps will sound each time water flows through, reminding you to replace the filter.

Does this flow meter require professional installation?
The product includes one pair of 1/4" and one pair of 3/8" quick fittings. Choose the quick fitting (1/4" or 3/8") that meets your needs, connect it to the hose you want to measure, and the installation is complete!
Should flow meter go before or after filter?
Given that the flow meter can measure a minimum flow rate of 0.3 gallon/min., it is recommended to install the flow meter on the outlet pipe of the water filter, as the inlet flow rate of some water filters may be lower than 0.3 gallon/min. Additionally, if used in an RO system, it should be installed after the pressure tank.
Does this digital flow meter have a cumulative flow measurement feature?
It does not support cumulative flow measurement. The digital flow meter features an alarm when the remaining flow/time countdown reaches zero. The digital flow meter provides real-time flow rate display, monitors filter capacity remaining, and tracks elapsed time value.
Does this digital flow meter have an automatic memory function when the power is out?
When the battery is low, the buzzer will sound two warning beeps. If the battery is drained or unplugged, the last data will be saved automatically, so you don't have to worry about losing or forgetting your data.
Is it suitable for hot water?
It is not suitable for hot water. The temperature range for 8000T Digital Flow Meter is 0~40°C (32~104°F).
